Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Products may be returned within 3 days from the purchase date.

  • Returns are only accepted if a manufacturer defect is identified.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused
    • In original condition
    • In original packaging
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer

Proof of Purchase

  • All returns and refunds must be accompanied by the original invoice.

  • Request without valid proof of purchase will not be processed.


Non-Eligible Returns

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or altered

  • Damage is caused by customer negligence or misuse


Damaged or Incorrect Items

You are eligible for a return or refund if:

  • You receive a damaged or broken product during shipping

  • You receive an incorrect item

In such cases, we will arrange:

  • A replacement or
  • A full refund

Refund Process 

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Please allow 14 to 30 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  • Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in physical stores.
